May Third, Two Thousand and Fourteen
My dinner tonight – Pad Thai (with a side of asparagus) – was modified from the cookbook, Well Fed by Melissa Joulwan, Her “Sunshine Sauce” is what makes this meal divine! I didn’t have any snap peas so I added mushrooms and sweet, bell peppers. Also, not a fan of spaghetti squash, so I used shirataki noodles instead. Thanks to Beth for pointing me in that direction.
